**Time of Jesus: 1st Century AD**

This blown glass vessel features a folded tubular rim, a cylindrical neck that widens toward the bottom, and a squat, globular body with a flat base. One of the earliest types of blown glass, these elongated bottles have a short body and a long neck, allowing for slow pouring of contents in tiny drops. They were commonly used to hold perfumes and scented oils and were often placed in burial caves, earning them the name “tear bottles” as they were believed to collect the tears of mourners.

These tear-collecting bottles are unique artifacts from the time of Jesus, symbolizing repentance in Christ. They come with a certificate of authenticity and all necessary export documents, shipped directly from the Holy Land.
