We have a 14-days return policy. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return if you received a damaged item or the wrong item.
Eligibility for Return: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please let us know right away. We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
How to Start a Return: To start a return, contact us HERE. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Shipping Costs: We do refund shipping costs if the order was eligible for return.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
